| 型号 LCKX 特性及应用： LCKX系列为单保持架无内外环楔块式超越离合器。必须附加滚动轴承支撑，以承受轴向力与径向力。适于在双动力源高速状态下离合器进行接合和分离或有冲击扭矩的场合。例如：双频发电机，高压空气开关，液力变矩器等设备上。 若自行制造经热处理的内外环请与我方联络协商（我方也可根据客户要求进行非标设计）。 Description: LCKX series is a single cage speag type one-way clutch without inner and outer race. It must be selected in a design providing rings. Bearing support for axial and radial loads used to the connecting and disconnecting of clutch or there is a torque in dual drive. During inner and outer race both working in the same direction with high speed counter race higher than inner race, cultch in over-running working condition, when outer race slow down speed to inner race (lose rotating power), inner and outer race connect together and to transmit the rotating power. This type is mainly used to dual frequency generator, high pressure air-switch, centrifugal pump and so on. If ring save made and heat-treated by user, please continue act us for necessary information and refer to the following surface hardness (We can design any product according to your requirement) . 安装参考范例 Mounting example 安装要求 ⒈磨削加工后的接触表面硬度为HRC58～62，硬化深度≥1.2mm； ⒉工作面内部硬度值为HRC35～45，工作面粗糙度须≤Ra0.8µm。
